How does constituency licensing and pooled voter capacity work? +
Each plan includes a set number of named constituencies (1 on Starter, 3 on Growth, 10 on Professional). Your voter capacity is pooled across all licensed constituencies on your subscription—so if one constituency has 5,500 voters and two others have 6,500 each (18,500 total), they fit comfortably inside Growth's 20,000 pooled voter allowance.
What is the difference between a Management User and a Field Volunteer? +
Management users administer voter records, campaign teams, imports/exports, configuration, and organization-wide reports. Field volunteers use a restricted permission template strictly for assigned operational workflows (door-to-door walk lists, phone banking, and GOTV check-ins) and are included unlimited at $0 on every paid plan.
Do unmatched contacts in Relational Organizing count against voter capacity? +
Contacts imported by influencers that match a voter on your official roll count as that existing voter—never double. Unmatched contacts (such as unregistered recruits) are included up to 20% of your purchased voter capacity at no extra charge.
How are SMS, WhatsApp, and AI token usage billed? +
The SMS, 2-way WhatsApp, Email Studio, and Multi-LLM AI Co-Pilot workspaces are included in your plan. You connect your own Twilio/AWS SNS, Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API, and OpenAI/Claude/Gemini/Groq keys in System Settings so you pay carrier/API pass-through rates directly with zero markup.
